Meet the Doctors

Dr. Andrew Cheng, DPM

BOARD CERTIFIED PODIATRIST

Dr. Cheng has extensive training in foot and ankle disorders. He has unparalleled experience in sports medicine after being trained by the current team podiatrist for the San Francisco Giants, San Francisco 49ers and Golden State Warriors.

After attending the University of California, San Diego, he made his move to the Bay Area for his medical training at the California School of Podiatric Medicine. While studying at CSPM, he was granted many scholarships and was honored with the Student of the Year award.

Dr. Cheng then completed his surgical training at St. Mary’s Medical Center in San Francisco which is affiliated with UCSF. During his rigorous residency training, he served as chief resident and was able to learn firsthand from world-renowned experts in sports medicine, wound care and limb salvage, bunions, hammertoes and other elective foot and ankle surgery.

He is interested in providing quality, individualized care with conditions affecting the foot and ankle based on the needs and goals of each patient.

In his free time, he loves sampling new foods, traveling and following the Los Angeles Lakers.

Dr. Sukita is Hawaii’s favorite podiatrist with over 35 years of experience, he is beloved by our community and always treats patients with aloha!

He was born and raised in O’ahu and after attending Iolani school he studied Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Colorado, Boulder. His medical training was at the California College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his surgical training at the VA West Los Angeles.

He treats most foot and ankle disorders and focuses on the overall health and well being of the individual.

In his free time, he enjoys golfing, traveling and working in the yard. He is married with one son.
